将来の不安に苛まれた時に意識を今に集中する方法

夜になるとなぜか将来のことをクヨクヨと悩んでしまう癖があります。

昨日なんか、寝る前におじいちゃんやおばあちゃん、お母さん、お父さんが死んでしまった後の生活について考えていました(笑)

いつかは来る未来だけど、そんなこと悩んでもしょうがない。

それでも悩んじゃうのが人間の性。

そんな時、私がよくやることを紹介します。

極限の不快を味わってからそれを満たす

これです。

例えば、すっこぐお腹が空くまで何も食べないで、めっちゃ食べたいものを食べるとか。

湯船に1時間ぐらい浸かってめっちゃ喉乾いてから水を一気飲みするとか。

そうすると今この瞬間の欲求と、それが満たされた幸せに包まれます。

その瞬間に、意識が今に戻るんです。

そしてその時に感じている感情は「ああ、幸せ」ってそれだけです。

そしたらなんかすごく満たされた気持ちになって安心して眠りにつけます。

なので不安な夜のルーティーンは長風呂からのご飯食べて一服で幸せに眠るというもの。

朝になると将来のこと考えない

寝てしまえばこっちのもの。

朝になると昨日悩んでいたことが、中学生の頃の恋愛の悩みのようにちっぽけに思えます。

恥ずかしいとすら感じるぐらい。

なので本当は朝型の方が悩まずに済むのかな〜と思います。

引き寄せの法則的には不安な思考は良くない

いわゆる引き寄せの法則では、思っていることが実現するという宇宙の法則があります。

なので、将来のことを不安に思ったり、こうなったら嫌だなあ、なんて考えているとその通りの未来を引き寄せてしまいます。

よく、あの人に会いたくないな〜と思ってるとバッタリ出くわしてしまったりすると言うのもその法則です。

だからこそ、意識を今に戻して幸せを感じることは有益です。

特に夜寝る前の思考は深層心理に刷り込まれやすいので、将来を不安に思うよりも「こうなったらいいなあ〜」という願望を想像すると良いです。

私はいつも「こうなったら嫌だな〜」と考えてしまった時、逆に「こうなったら良いな〜」ということも考えるようにしています。
